1. Services of the Centre for Migrant Advice


  • Consultations on employment and visa processing/issuance matters
  • Assistance in compiling clients' information requests to consular facilities
  • Translation of employment-related information
  • Provision of legal assistance to clients on adequate processing of labour contracts for employment abroad
  • Internet access
  • Assistance in completion of questionnaires for interviews in foreign embassies
  • Provision of contact details of Ukrainian governmental bodies (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, etc.)
  • Search for information on intermediary companies in the sphere of employment abroad (identification of their addresses abroad, references to these companies in the Internet, etc.)

ALL CENTRE SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Lunch break: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays of Ukraine

How to find us?

The CMA Office (the Office) is located at
43 Tereshovoii St. (office 2) in Odessa. From Odessa railway station, you can reach us by city minibus # 175 (stop at Haidara/Tereshkovoii St.), # 208 (stop at Varnenska/Tereshkovoii St.), # 133 (stop at Yakira/Tereshkovoii St.).

From the downtown you can reach us by taking the city minibus # 175, # 133, # 229, or alternatively by taking the tram # 10 (from Tiraspolska Sq.). The entrance to Odessa CMA is situated in the first doorway on the first floor.


4. Information on the Southern Ukrainian Centre of Young Lawyers

 
The South Ukraine Centre of Young Lawyers has the following objectives:   

  • Support to establishing democracy and the rule of law in the country, to formation of a well educated civil society in Ukraine and to the enhancement of its legal culture;
  • Protection of human rights;
  • Dissemination of legal information among residents of Ukraine;
  • Assistance to Ukraine’s legal education development.




Centres for Migrant Advice were established by IOM in 2005 within the framework of the Capacity Building in Migration Management Programme: Ukraine funded by the European Union and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
